Shipping Policy

At Karma Collection Australia, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please read the following shipping information to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier and postal services.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch starting from $15.25.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout)starting from $19.25.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location and order size.
  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for ALL orders over $200.



Tracking Your Order

  • All orders come with a tracking number once dispatched.
  • You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at hello@karmacollection.com.au.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for international orders.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, or courier disruptions).


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your parcel arrives safely, Karma Collection Australia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@karmacollection.com.au, including your order details and photos if applicable.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Click & Collect (if applicable)

  • If local collection is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.
  • Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
