At Karma Collection Australia, we take pride in offering unique, thoughtfully designed clothing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are committed to making the return and refund process clear and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be returned in the original packaging, where possible
- Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or store credit
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, except where the product was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Items Excluded from Returns
- Sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom-made or personalised clothing
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We uphold your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided.
- If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@karmacollection.com.au.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the item in question so our team can assist promptly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Karma Collection Australia will cover the return postage costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@karmacollection.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer support team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Important Notes
- Items returned outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted.
- Items received that do not meet the above return conditions may be sent back to you at your cost.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
